The brief
Forager connects neighbourhood grocers with same-day delivery. Their first app was a wrapped website: slow, brittle, and losing customers at checkout.
What we did
A two-week discovery with store owners and drivers, then a React Native build with a realtime order pipeline. We shipped to TestFlight in week four and to the stores in week ten.
The outcome
Checkout completion doubled. The app holds a 4.9-star rating, and the Forager team now ships releases every fortnight on their own.
