A field guide to scoping work in two weeks.

Every project we take on starts with a two-week discovery. Here is what actually happens inside it, and why we refuse to skip it even when the deadline argues otherwise.

Week one: find the riskiest unknown

Integrations, content migrations, authentication, the thing nobody wants to talk about. We interview the people who will live with the result and write down what could sink the build.

Week two: prove it or price it

We prototype the risky part, not the pretty part. By Friday we know whether the plan holds, and the estimate that follows is one we can stand behind.

What comes out

A scoped plan, a real timeline, a working prototype of the hard bit, and three names of past clients to call.
