The brief
Lumen runs nineteen clinics. Patients booked by phone and received results by post. The portal had to be secure, accessible, and boringly reliable.
What we did
Identity and consent flows first, then appointments, results, and messaging. Every screen reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA with real patients.
The outcome
Phone bookings fell by half in the first quarter, and the SOC2 audit passed without findings.
